Body Contouring

Body contouring refers to procedures that reshape and contour areas of the body by eliminating excess fat. There are both surgical and non-surgical methods available:

Body Contouring

Body contouring and weight loss are two distinct but complementary processes. Weight loss focuses on reducing overall body fat and improving health. On the other hand, body contouring enhances body shape by removing excess fat, often after significant weight loss. This can be achieved through surgical procedures like liposuction or non-invasive treatments. Together, these approaches can help individuals achieve a more toned and contoured appearance, boosting self-esteem and overall well-being

Body Contour with Weight Loss

Weight loss can play a significant role in body contouring. Body contouring is an umbrella term that encompasses various procedures aimed at reshaping and improving the appearance of the body. Weight loss often helps to reduce excess fat and can improve overall body shape, but it might not always address issues like loose or sagging skin, which is where specific body contouring procedures come in. Together, weight loss and body contouring can lead to a more toned and aesthetically pleasing physique. Please refer to weight loss for further information.

Body Contour with Semaglutide

Semaglutide, a medication originally approved for managing type 2 diabetes, has also been found to be effective for weight loss. It works by mimicking the action of the natural GLP-1 hormone, which helps regulate appetite and digestion. When used for weight loss, Semaglutide can help reduce appetite and promote a feeling of fullness, leading to significant weight loss over time. Clinical trials have shown that participants using Semaglutide can experience an average weight loss of around 10-15% of their body weight over 68 weeks. However, it's important to combine Semaglutide with a healthy diet and regular exercise for the best results. Please refer to medication for more information.
