Presses on key points on the skin to activate the body’s natural self-healing abilities. Both Acupressure and acupuncture use meridians, however acupressure uses pressure instead of needles to stimulate the points on the hands and feet. Acupressure can be effective in treating many different imbalances, from headaches to anxiety and beyond.
DEEP TISSUE AND SPORTS MASSAGE:

Designed to energize the body by stimulating circulation. Five basic strokes, all going towards the heart, are used to manipulate the soft tissue of the body. Effleurage, petrissage, vibration, percussion, and tapotement are all used.
HOT STONE:
Uses smooth, heated stones, either as an extension of the therapists hands or places them on the body. The heat is relaxing and is used to warm up tight muscles.
AROMATHERAPY:
Uses essential oils applied to the skin through a carrier oil to improve circulation, relaxation and heal wounds. Each essential oil has different characteristics and will be used depending on the individual’s’ needs.
